Na razvoj govorno-jezičkih, socijalnih, kognitivnih i praktičnih sposobnosti mogu negativno da utiču teškoće koje se javljaju u oblasti motorike.

Poligon je jedna od omiljenih dečijih vežbi (igara). Dete ima potrebu da puzi, skače, preskače, penje se, zaobilazi prepreke.. Ova vežba za decu predstavlja izazov. Spojene stolice mogu da predstavljaju tunel, flase sa vodom mogu da zamene čunjeve, od običnog kanapa može da se napravi obruč, kartonska kutija može biti zamena za koš.. Evo primer jednog poligona: Postaviti 2-3 obruča (možete da koristite i jastuke) u koje dete treba da stane i u svakom obruču treba da uradi određen zadatak, u prvom da pljesne rukama, u drugom da čučne, u trećem da poskoči na desnoj nozi… Kada prođe obručeve dete treba da prodje kroz tunel na laktovima. Nakon tunela treba da se popne na 2 spojena taburea ili 2 stoličice, kad siđe čučne i uzme loptu i ubaci u koš (npr. kartonska kutija),prođe između čunjeva ili flaša sa vodom. Pre nego što dete krene da radi ovu vežbu, trebate da mu pokažete šta i kako treba da uradi. Težinu poligona prilagođavate detetovom uzrastu. U dogovoru sa detetom možete da napravite poligon ili da dete samo napravi poligon, a da Vama objasni šta i kako treba da radite. Deci na mlađem uzrastu možete i da ispričate priču, na primer ide u potragu za blagom…

VEŽBE ZA KOORDINACIJU POKRETA

Za ovu vežbu možete da koristite običnu loptu ili lopticu za tenis. Takođe ovu vežbu možete da izvedete i u kući i napolju. Prvo detetu pokažite vežbu. Nakon toga možete da se dobacujete, ali tako što ćete jednom rukom baciti loptu, a drugom rukom ćete uhvatiti loptu koju vam je dete bacilo. Isto tako i dete, jednom rukom hvata loptu koju ste mu bacili, a drugom rukom Vam baca. Možete i da tapkate loptu, prvo jednom pa onda i drugom rukom.
