Čitanje i pisanje bez muke

Obrnuto slovo A u svesci vašeg mališana, brojevi na papiru koji podsećaju na 8, 9 i 10, ali im nešto nedostaje, otežano izgovaranje reči? Ako ste ovo primetili kod vašeg deteta, znak je da ono ima poteškoća sa čitanjem i pisanjem. Poteškoće postoje, ali mogu da se uklone.

Vreme je važan faktor kod probelma sa čitanjem i pisanjem. Ukoliko se zanemare, nastaju novi i komplikoavniji problemi, a detetov razvoj i učenje su znatno otežani.

– Specifični razvojni poremećaji školskih veština najčešće se javljaju kod učenika prvog i drugog razreda. Reč je o nesavladanoj tehnici čitanja i pisanja. Pojedina deca se ne snalaze sa usvajanjem klasičnog školskog gradiva i programa koje propisuje Ministarstvo obrazovanja i prosvete. Ne mogu da isprate usvajanje grafema, analizu i sintezu reči, odnosno način na koji se određena reč piše

Stručnjaci lako prepoznaju decu sa ovakvim poremećajima, ali i roditelji, vaspitači i učitelji uz edukaciju mogu da uoče prve simptome. Takva deca uče da na specifičan način pišu slova(grafeme) i brojeve, pišu odozdo nagore, s desna na levo, okreću slova i brojeve kao u ogledalu, podebljavaju ih, docrtavaju, ne mogu da prihvate sva pravila koja dobijaju od učitelja. Međutim, sa prvim slovom, prvim brojem i prvim crtežom problemi već mogu da se uoče.

Da li poremećaji sa pisanjem nužno prate poremećaji sa čitanjem?

Zahtevan posao logopeda je da utvrdi da li su poremećaji sa čitanjem i pisanjem odvojeni ili udruženi, i da se samim tim savladaju te dve veštine, odnosno dovedu na približan nivo.

Od fizioloških do socijalnih uzroka

Na pregledu uvek uzimamo podatke od roditelja o tome kako je protekla trudnoća, šta se desilo na porođaju, kako je tekao govorno -jezički razvoj, kada je dete progovorilo, kada su se pojavile prve reči sa značenjem. Upućujemo dete i na kompletan ORL pregled, kao i na kontrolu vida. Pored ovih fizioloških uzročnika postoje i neorganski faktori, u koje spada visoka tehnologija, odnosno vreme koje dete provede gledajući crtane filmove ili boraveći za kompjuterom, nestimulativno okruženje deteta itd. Faktor rizika može da bude i roditelj koji radi “24 časa” dnevno i nema vremena da se posveti detetu. Nepovoljno utiče i činjenica da neka deca mlađa od šest godina kreću u prvi razred iako na tom uzrastu nisu emocionalno zrela. Na razvoj deteta nepovoljno može da utiče i sledeći faktor. Roditelji strahuju, ali ovi poremećaji nemaju veze sa niskim koeficijentom inteligencije.

Kako logoped pomaže detetu?

Najviše volimo da vratimo decu na onaj prvi period predpisačkih I predpisačkih sposobnosti, na nivo od tri godine kada dete treba da zna da crta pun krug, na nivo od četiri kada crta pravilan kvadrat i na nivo petogodišnjaka kada crta trougao. Neretko dobijamo decu koja koja znaju da pišu pisana slova, ali ih mi onda uvek vračamo na štampana jer su ona lakša i prepozna tljivija oku – savetuje Svetlana Torbica Marinković. Kod problema sa čitanjem vrši se stimulisanje vizuelne percepcije, ponovo se vraća na raniji period kako bi se stimulisale sve faze razvoja.

Na preventivu ne sme da se zaboravi
Preventivu započinje pedijatar. U kontaku sa decom i roditeljima mora na vreme da ukaže da li postoje neki problemi. U predškolskim usatnovama mora da se sprovodi odgovarajuća stimulacija, roditelji moraju da dosta rade sa decom, a učitelj da redovno prati njihov razvoj. Krug se zatvara sa logopedima. Bilo bi idealno kada bi se pregled kod njih na najranijem uzrastu obavljao na svakih šest meseci. Nakon pete godine dovoljna je godišnja kontrola.

Kako da roditelj pomogne detetu?

Roditelji mogu da podstaknu detetov razvoj rečnika, rečenice tako što će im pričati pesmice, čitati bajke i basne. Korisno je zapamćivanje pesmica, prepričavanje priča, boravak na svežem vazduhu, vožnja bicikla, igre sa loptom, igre koordinacije, razvoj krupne i fine motorike koja je važna za grafomotoriku. Edukativni proces može da se odvija i kod kuće. sa detetom treba stalno da se razgovara, dok mu se priča, ono gleda mimuku lica, vežba opštu pažnju i koncentarciju. Roditelji treba da se naoružaju strpeljnjem jer lečenje poremećaja može da potraje. Ipak, uz pomoć logopeda stiže se do želejnih rezultata.
