OGRLICA ZA ŽVAKANJE
Deca sa jakom potrebom za sisanjem i žvakanjem sklona su stavljati u usta nejestive predmete kao što su okovratnik ili rukavi. Ova opuštajuća aktivnost nudi nešto prikladnije i što je važno razvija oralno – motoričku kontrolu kao i vizuelne veštine i veštine fine motorike. Smišljena je za decu od dve i po godine pa na više. Za kratkotrajnu ogrlicu vam trebaju različite vrste žitarica u obliku slova O, gumene bombone i komadići jabuke ili šargarepe, prutići slatkog korena. Za trajniju ogrlicu vam treba oko pola metra prozirne plastične cevčice izrezane na kratke komadiće, svileni konac za nizanje, plastične igle za pletenje sa tupim vrhovima. Oko pola metra prozirne plastične cevčice ili obična slamka za pića ( sa dugim uskim slamkama je teže, a lakše sa kratkim ). Napravite čvor na plastičnoj cevčici da biste dobili ’’ ludu slamku’’, stavite voćni pire u posudu i recite detetu da usisava pire. Dete pored toga što treba da sisa voćni pire može duvati kroz slamku da bi u pireu videlo mehuriće . Pokušajte sa voćnim šejkom u koji stavite komadiće leda zbog drugačije strukture hrane. Sisanje je zahtevna oralno – motorička veština koja podstiče razvoj govora i jezika, podstiče dete da bolje oseti ukus hrane , taktilno iskustvo za usne, usta i grlo. Ova aktivnost jača motoričke veštine oka jer usisavanje hrane tome doprinosi. Sisanje umiruje i organizuje stimulaciju čula koja dolaze iz spoljašnje sredine.

Ono što vam je potrebno je veliki prostrani pod, maskirne vrpce, loptice od vate koje će predstavljati ovce i jagnjad, markeri, slamke za piće , kutija ili korpica koja će predstavljati tor. Uklonite tepih gde se pastiri mogu kretati, lepljivom trakom označite startnu liniju, postavite tor na jedan kraj sobe. Svaki pastir može uzeti komadić vate , označiti ih markerom i staviti na pod kod početne crte. Uzeti slamku i spustiti se na ruke iza početne crte, duvati na slamku da bi terao svoje stado ovaca prema toru, nekoliko ovaca istovremeno ili jednu po jednu. Usisavati kroz slamku što je brže moguće da bi podigao ovcu i sigurno je spustiti u tor. Koristi od ove aktivnosti su : razvijanje tehnike disanja, organa odgovornih za artikulaciju, jezik, obraze i usne. Duvanje izaziva divergenciju očiju što povećava detetovo vidno polje, hodanje na kolenima i rukama poboljšava čulo dodira, propriocepciju, osećaj za telo, finu motoriku, motoričko planiranje, ravnotežu ,stabilnost i sigurnost u sopstvene sposobnosti. Igranje u grupi podstiče društvene veštine i timski duh.

Uzrast dece koja je mogu primenjivati je od pete do trinaeste godine. Potrebni su vam baloni, vi tražite od deteta da imenuje svoj trenutni osećaj, pomozite mu da se izrazi rečima i recite da znate odličan, magičan način da odagnate i oterate ružne misli. Izađite sa detetom napolje i ponesite balone. Naduvaj ovaj balon i svakim dahom pokušaj da izbaciš jednu ružnu misao iz glave .
