Aktivnosti za decu sa disfunkcijom motoričkog planiranja

Izraz motoričko planiranje često se upotrebljava kao sinonim za praksiju, iako je motoričko planiranje samo jedan deo praksije. Praksija uključuje ideaciju i motoričko planiranje. Ono predstavlja pripremanje za neku novu i složeniju radnju ( spuštanje niz tobogan u parku ili zakopčavanje jakne ). Pojedina deca najbolje motorički planiraju kada gledaju drugog dok izvodi neku aktivnost, ili kada čuju nalog za izvođenje određene aktivnosti. Što se dete više kreće njegove motoričke veštine postaju bolje. Motoričko planiranje je neophodno za osnovnu motoričku kontrolu, koordinaciju velikih mišića i radi više motoričke kontrole koju dete razvija . To je neophodno za hranjenje , pisanje, prelaženje ulice, uspeh kod kuće ili u školi, igru i osećaj emocionalne sigurnosti.

ZNACI DISFUNKCIJE MOTORIČKOG PLANIRANJA

Dete sa nedostatkom motoričkog planiranja ( dispraksijom ) :

  • Ima poteškoće u planiranju i organizovanju koraka za redosled telesnih pokreta, npr. rezanje makazama ili vožnja biciklom.
  • Teško postavlja telo , npr. kada se pokušava obući ili skinuti.
  • Ima problem u određivanju položaja svog tela u odnosu na predmete , druge ljude, posrće, pada, sapliće se. Boji se kretanja u prostoru.
  • Ima slabo razvijene veštine samopomoći.
  • Nema osnovnu motoričku kontrolu za trčanje, skakanje, penjanje.
  • Ima slabu kontrolu fine motorike , kontrolu prstiju na rukama za izvođenje preciznih manuelnih zadataka,prstiju na nogama.
  • Slaba kontrola žvakanja i govora.
  • Slaba koordinacija oko ruka.
  • Imaju često nisko samopoštovanje.

Kada su u pitanju poteškoće u motoričkom planiranju, veoma je korisna terapija senzornom integracijom.Neke od korisnih aktivnosti za rad sa decom u kućnim uslovima , za razvijanje veština motoričkog planiranja su :

Dodirni dlanovima nožne prste, ručnim prstima dodirni nos

Ova aktivnost je smišljena za decu predškolskog uzrasta. Deca vole ovu aktivnost i uživaju reagujući na sve složenije zahteve. Ovu igru moguće je izvoditi sa jednim detetom ali zanimljivije je igrati sa grupom dece.

Za ovu aktivnost vam je potrebno da imate udaraljke, , tj. drvene štapiće, bubanj, plastični obruč za svaku osobu. Postavite obruče za dete, neka dete sedne unutar obruča, a vi recite : ’’ Stavite prste ruke na nos ’’ ili ’’Stavite dlanove na nožne prste’’, a kada čujete zvuk udaranja u bubanj onda promenite položaj tela. Polako i ritmično pevajte niz verbalnih naloga .Možete koristiti niz predloga : na, ispod, iznad, pored itd. Nakon svakog naloga udarite u bubanj, dajte detetu vremena da promeni položaj tela. Svaki put pohvalite dete za neku novu ideju. Nalozi mogu biti : Stavite ruke na glavu, stavite palčeve ispod brade , dodirujte međusobno nožne prste…koristi od ove aktivnosti su to što ova igra poboljšava motoričko planiranje, osećaj za telo , bilateralnu koordinaciju i prelaženje srednje linije tela.

Put od kutija za cipele

Ova aktivnost može uspešno da se primenjuje u kućnim uslovima , a uzrast za koji je predviđena je od treće do trinaeste godine. Potrebne su vam kutije za cipele ( osam ili više ), predmeti različitih tekstura, npr. loptice od vate, pesak , tepih sa dugim vlaknima , konac, grašak ili sunđer. U svaku kutiju stavite različiti materijal i poređajte kutije tako da dete može koračati iz jedne kutuje u drugu. Neke kutije približite a neke razdvojite, neka dete skine čarape i hoda boso, zakoračiti u kutije poređane u obliku slova S, pre nego što zakorači u sledeću kutiju prebaciti jednu nogu ispred druge i hodati unazad. Možete objasniti detetu da su kutije ostrva a svuda okolo su ajkule i da mora paziti da ne pokvasi noge, ili razbacajte predmete na koje treba stati između kutija .
